Your WebMQS summary page will list of any library titles you have borrowed. The loan period is 3 weeks. We can renew it for you once, unless someone else is waiting for the item.
If an item is already checked out when you request it, will we place a hold on it. We will check the item out to you as soon as it is returned.
Tips on borrowing from the RN Library
Please return all borrowed materials within the time limits set. Late items will be requested back by the Research Network. Please let us know if circumstances prevent you from returning an item.
If materials are not returned within a timely manner, borrowing privileges will be revoked and your SBDC may be charged a replacement fee.
Materials should always be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Please report any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. When packaging material consists of a box, please use the same box to return the item to the Research Network, removing any previous labels. Please do not reuse Jiffy Bags.
Please ship books by UPS. If your office decides to use another delivery service, the Research Network requests that the package be insured for $100.00 and a tracking number be provided. This will allow your office to trace books lost in the mail.
Please do not return books via 4th class mail or interoffice mail.
