Here is where you add a new staff to your center, and also maintain the existing staff. The function is the same as managing your own profile, but it is open to all staff in your center.

Individual Counselor Summary

For each counselor, this report shows aggregate numbers for several key categories: Hours, case counts and impact. Only counselors with any data for the report period are included.
Evals

This report shows the relevant aggregate eval statistics for each counselor. The report will only show counselors that had any evals sent during the report period.
The number for Sent is based on counseling evals sent out during the report period. The remaining stats are based on the evals returned during the report period.
Open client

Directors and support staff can run this report for individual counselors or for all the counselors at a location. Advisors can see only their own open client list. The report gets cases that are open but have not had a follow in a selected number of days. When run in Details format, the results are sortable with links to Add follow-on, close and view functions. The results can also be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Get Spreadsheet button.
Case approval

This is where Directors review newly opened and recently closed cases. Prior to review, all new cases and recently closed cases have a default status of unapproved. When reviewing a case, all elements are editable. When a case is approved, it is released to the reporting functions. (Consequently, when an open, approved case is closed, it is removed from reporting functions until its closure has been approved by the director.)
Once you are satisfied with the case information, click Approve Case. At that point you are presented with the options of moving on to the next case in the queue of unapproved cases or returning to the list of unapproved cases.
